Mother's Day Giving! / Mother's Day 2026

Honor a Mother! Build a Future! This Mother's Day, celebrate the love, strength and sacrifices of the mothers. For every $25 donation, Care for Children volunteers deliver a flower bouquet or a gift with a handmade greeting card to a mother in a senior or shelter home in our community. The remaining funds support underserved children in India through Art of Living Free Schools - providing education, meals, schools supplies, and more. Let's celebrate Mother's Day with a purpose! ABOUT THE TEAM The Portland team is dedicated to raising funds to honor and celebrate 300+ mothers. We prepare thoughtful gifts and handmade Mother's Day cards, and organize visits to the senior care centers and shelter homes. On Mother's Day, we personally deliver these gifts to mothers, spend time at the senior homes, sharing appreciation, warmth, and joy within the community.
