 ✨ The Capital Hearts for Mothers team is dedicated to honoring and celebrating mothers across the DC, VA, and MD area this Mother’s Day. Our local volunteers unite to raise funds, curate thoughtful gifts, and hand-craft cards to bring warmth to those who need it most. On Mother’s Day, we personally visit senior care centers and shelter homes across the DMV to deliver these tokens of appreciation and share meaningful companionship with mothers who are often overlooked.
